Physiotherapy in Comox for Knee

Sit on the edge of a bed with your right leg extended forward on the bed, and your left leg off the edge of the bed and in contact with the floor.

Contract the thigh muscles and press the right knee down into the bed to straighten the knee.  

Place both hands on the thigh just before the knee and lean forward with your torso to increase the pressure/stretch to the knee.

Keep the foot relaxed.

Hold and repeat as advised by your Bodyworx Physiotherapy Pilates & Health physiotherapist.
