Knee to chest stretch

Lie on your back, bring your right knee up towards your chest allowing your low back to press into the ground as your spine curls. 

Breathe throughout the exercise. Hold and repeat as advised by your Bodyworx Physiotherapy Pilates & Health physiotherapist.

This exercise can also be done pulling both knees towards the chest at the same time.  You should feel the stretch in your low back and buttocks.
