Subsequent Visit  - $110.00
MSP user fee - $45.00

Physiotherapy Treatment with:
Acupuncture as part of treatment plan - $20.00       
Neuroproprioceptive (Kinesio) Taping as part of treatment plan -  $5.00 per area

Requested Reports  $50.00 Minimum

Extracorporeal (Radial) Shock Wave Therapy:
Treatment regimen (3 sessions including initial assessment)
$750.00

Pilates Treatment:
Private: Per ½ hour - $60.00 + Tax
Semi-Private: 1 hour - $60.00 per person + Tax

ORTHOTICS
Orthotics (including casting) - $435.00

Infrared Sauna:
One ½ hour - $16.00


Physiotherapy Aides:  
Myoballs /Body Rolling Balls: 5, 6, and 7 inch - $30.00
Overballs - $15.00       

We have a 24 hour notice cancellation policy. Missed appointments or short notice cancellations are subject to a $50.00 fee.
